The people are restored to a life giving and loving relationship with God and they respond by making an oath to walk in the ways of the Lord.
The wall is built, now to build the culture. In a world that passionately preaches an opposing truth, God's people hold scripture as the highest authority - submitting to the Word of the Lord above any other.
God's people are cut to the heart and as they respond in confession, they meet a gracious compassionate God who loves them and embraces them.
The beautiful power of God's desire to restore us and bless us.
The wall is complete but it turns out that was never the end game. It's all about the people of God and building for generations to come.
Sometimes we step into situations that are daunting. We might even feel God lead us into them, but now we feel discouraged and distracted, fearful even. Take heart - God will finish the wall! May your hands be strengthened!!
